Review of Moneyball (2011) by Rikanderson — 27 Sep 2011
An intellectual baseball movie! Neat look into interaction between GM, manager, players, and to a limited extent ownership. Baseball action kept to a reasonable minimum, and the actor-players were excellent, as well as the top of the cast.
Ending was a bit unsatisfying, but stayed true to fact. Look for two acting nominations at the top of the cast, Jonah Hill was the highlight of the film.
