Review of Moneyball (2011) by Carlos R — 14 Dec 2012
Best baseball movie ever. The Oakland A's in the 2000 were my favorite team. As a fan of this team when I was a teenager, I never knew the "behind the scenes" of what exactly what was going on but This movie surely describes the underdog A's competing against multimillion dollar baseball teams.
If I would have known any of this, my love for the Oakland A's would have been at an all time high. This movie is basically nostalgia for me. Brat Pitt is fantastic and is probable his best role to date.
I never get bored watching this film and can see myself watching it in 20 years from now. Definite recommendation. You wanna know how mathematics beat typical scouting routines, this is it!
