Wesley Snipes and Woody Harrelson start to pay off almost immediately with a weird dynamic that they just about pull off by being consistently amusing... and then the film goes a bit weird, it's moral compass starts swinging it's dick about and you realise this isn't a buddy cop movie at all.
It's maybe a heist movie? Or a stock 90s griper on New York big money? Or perhaps it's just a movie about J-Lo getting her boobies out. Who even knows anymore?
