Well .. tucker is funny! sheen is ... well, sheen before he went completely off the wall, so it has nostalgic value! :).
Lots of slapstick fun --- lots of crazy shooting scenes and weird French accents! :).
This movie would have benefitted from a bigger Locklear presence.
All in all, not to watch again but still kinda entertaining.
