The great thing about this movie is that it's about 100 minutes long, whenever it drags the plot picks it right back up again, and there's a good, decent amount of plot. This by itself might lead to a pulpy b-movie but the satire saves it. What nobody in the PR department has told you is that this is one of the funniest movies of the year, the satire of media, news, and economics carries the movie. If you're as opinionated as I am on these subjects, or even not that opinionated but just in the know on the themes, then you'll apreciate the jokes of which there are many. George Clooney dancing to rap music with twerkers isn't just George Clooney dancing to rap music with twerkers. Not a sentence I ever thought I'd type. It's good, have fun with it. It has both brains and brawns, it's well acted and well written.

I must point out that Jodie Foster has clearly learnt from her time on Panic Room and directing episodes of House Of Cards, the directing is very Fincheresque in the omniscience of the camera and the colour correction style. It's also slim and quick in the way Panic Room is. I must also congratulate her with being so in touch with youth media culture. Enjoy!
