The highest I could possibly go is 3. It's effective in spite of it's self. About half of it is stupid and boring (the whole Valentino bit) while other parts are repulsive, shocking and heart-stoppingly sad (the turtle portion is one of the most heart breaking thing I have ever seen).
It's a trip that I wouldn't reccomend to any one.
