A woman power movie for sure, but not in a uppity, kind of way. The short version of the story is oblivious from about two minutes in. Women can do what men had be doing exclusively up to that point (1953).
But the characters are fun to watch. Just to watch Roberts, Dunst, Julia Stiles and Maggie Gyllenhaal interact together is entertaining, the really ae good actresses. Anyway this is a fun movie to watch but there is just nothing about the movie to stick in the mind, just another forgettable movie in the long run.
