Review of Mona Lisa Smile (2003) by Amanda H — 11 May 2012

I remember having very little desire to see this movie when it was in theaters. It's not the kind of thing I usually enjoy, but there are several actresses in it that I enjoy, so when a friend asked me to see it with her, I decided I might as well.

I'm glad I did, because it's so much better than I expected it to be. Normally I find Julia Roberts to be overrated, but this film is full of excellent performances from the entire cast.
