Review of Mona Lisa (1973) by Sean C — 09 Nov 2008

I've heard Michael Caine say that the 3 great crime movies from England were Get Carter, The Long Good Friday, and this one. I don't think it's as good as The Long Good Friday and it's certainly nowhere near Get Carter.

I was hoping it would be better. I did get many of the fairy tale references in the script and Bob Hoskins is always really good as is Michael Caine, but I thought the ending was kind of flat.
