Review of Moms' Night Out (2014) by Marischa B — 31 Aug 2014
Hey, guys, the good news is this is not a "Hallmark" movie or chick flick; manly men will be laughing, too. The story is as much about men out of their element as about uptight moms trying to let loose. Anyone who has ever been caught in an awkward moment will identify with the hapless characters who are just trying to have a nice evening -- but failing at every turn.
Especially wonderful is Trace Adkins as the biker-dude tattoo artist. The writing is tight and the timing and delivery of lines is flawless. Great job, movie makers. A fun experience WITHOUT the subconscious guilt and disgust that can come with foul language and inappropriate visuals.
