Review of Mom and Dad (2018) by Anthony B — 19 Apr 2018
Adequate bizarro performances aside, Mom and Dad is nothing more than a neat idea stretched to nauseam even at 90 minutes. Surprisingly devoid of energy, this "horror-comedy" runs on fumes and tired Nicolas Cage shrieks, and is a lame solo effort by writer/director Brian Taylor who may want to reconsider working without his usual co-pilot Mark Neveldine.
