IMO it was about 1.5 hours too long. An obscene amount of time is spent on Poker. Great fun if you loooove poker and all its associated jargon. Confusing if you don't gamble and wonder, "Is this a movie about poker or the rise and fall of some shady character?" Surprise! she had Daddy issues.
A self aggrandizing festival film for a character who really doesn't deserve it. How did she improve the world? She didn't. She was an almost Olympic skier, greed and her selfish desires got her involved with gambling, broke the law, got caught and white privilege let her go.
