Review of Molly (1999) by Joe E — 24 Dec 2009

While the movie does seem to have stolen idea from other note worthy films, the real problem here is the poorly written script. With better moments this could have been a real winner. Already jumping to a slowmotion "Slow person" scene I could tell people didn't like this movie in the first place.

Shue does give a very acceptable performance despite have many setbacks wityh her character in the story. If the director would have stopped trying to get chep tears the movie would have been a sucess, but as with most films, the director just has to target an audience.

Decent, with potential, and I would be lying if I said I did not enjoy the movie to some extent.
