A campy James Bond spin-off featuing Monica Vitti, as Modesty Blaise, a secret agent whom the British government hires to help stop a diamond thief. The film is pretty charming, featuring some amazingly trippy production design.

In almost every scene there is crazy wallpaper, and colors to help create this weird stylistic 70s spy caper. Terrence Stamp is great as Wilie Garvin, Modesty Blaise's sidekick of sorts and Dirk Bogarde as the diamond theif absolutely steals every scene he is in.

Josephy Losey choses some interesting compositions, as usual, but the film just drags on for too long, which lead me to lose some interest. Still rather entertaining, just not as great as I was hoping.
