I worked for a few months in a motor plant. It was my training for learning how a motor or a pump for wash machines it had to be produced. There were female workers only (it was in France) and I had shame to look into their eyes. The mounting line it was a nightmare...they were human robots, their small hands repeated same action, obsessive action...then a short break for a quick lunch and then the same mouvements...everyday! arghh!

Everytime i'm watching this great mix of laugh and sadness i'm remembering the empty eyes of those women and i'm reflecting about the today's situation by many Countries (and in Italy there are every year thousand of 'white dead' of workers and there are many immigrants who are working 12-14 hours per day for a salary of some hundred euros...).
