Review of Moana (2016) by Jeje W — 22 Jan 2017
Moana is the latest movie from Pixar and it was a decent movie. I left the theater disappointed, though. It could've been so much more. The voice acting was phenomenal, the animation was beautiful, in my opinion, the best we've seen in a Pixar film, and the music was amazing.
But unfortunately, I found the movie to be way too predictable and cliché. Also, the first act and half of the second act were very slow and I found myself thinking about what was going to happen later on in the movie.
I'm going to give Moana a 6.3/10.
