Review of Mission to Mars (2000) by Kevin M — 03 Oct 2007

I actually liked this movie because of some of the special effects. I agree the middle of the movie drags on a little but the ending is amazing as is the message. This is characterized by Gary Sinise leaving his crew to go back with the Martians to their home and not return to Earth.

Good music soundtrack too.

I like the fact a movie isn't typical in that everyone lives and things are happy ever after. There is real tragedy shown (major charaters die off).

I would rent it again.
