Insanely entertaining and wildly funny. Rogue Nation is the absolute best Mission Impossible movie in the franchise. Tom Cruise is still kicking ass, and looking badass. Finally, a director has realized the major importance of humour in these movies, a slight overlaying of cheesy one liners helps, but doesn't qualify as comedy.

Rogue Nation is funnier than one can expect. Spectacular car chases, grand action set pieces and exotic locations are all included in package, and Jeremy Renner and Simon Pegg are actually pretty amazing.

But the real star is, of course, 53 years old badass, Tom Cruise, who drives supercars through narrow roads, rides motorbikes on top of the edges of dizzyingly high cliffs, while shooting bad guys with a superlong pistol.

The plot revolves around a "rogue nation' called the Syndicate and Ethan Hunt and company trying to find out if the Syndicate exists and if it does, to kill everyone associated with it. Trouble is, no one can be trusted.

The plot is simple to understand, and doesn't fish much into the movie lineup to make sure you have watched every single film in the series to watch Rogue Nation. Slick action, solid scripting, great action and Tom Cruise as badass as ever make Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation a wonder of filmmaking for years to come.

Simply put, just watch it.
