Review of Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation (2015) by Dalek — 06 Aug 2015
Loved it, watching this film from start to finish. I feel it is even better than it's previous film Ghost Protocol. The action and stunts are really enjoyable and the camera angles, speed, as well as timing is done just about right so you're not too confused as to what's going on. Something that this film series always gets right.
I also liked that they kind of bumped up the storyline as well, whilst still making it somewhat similar to it's previous films. But I still feel that it needs to be worked on as it's still very similar to the previous two films, the third and fourth one. But maybe we will see an improvement in it's sequel. But lets be honest, the MI series is best known for it's action and great acting, not it's storyline.
It was just a great thrill ride and it's one of those films that I wish was longer because I enjoyed it that much which is kind of rare for me. Especially films that come out nowadays.
I cant wait to see what they do next to raise the bar with its sequel.
