Review of Mission: Impossible II (2000) by Jb1296 — 26 Jun 2018
The first Mission: Impossible film had some excellent moments but the sequel doesn't have anything which is as good. That is real shame too, because this has a very talented cast and one of the best modern action directors in John Woo, but the film is more focused on the action sequences rather than delivering a good narrative that actually gets the audience invested in the characters.
This film is fine but don't expect the same standard as the first film because this is no where near that film.
