It really is the best of the series . . . with Brad Bird downplaying the bland Ethan Hunt in favor of using an entire team (and actually having them do more that just type while he infiltrates/fights all the bad guys) to partake in one spectacular action sequence after another.
I don't think any future entries will top the Burj Khalifa set piece.
