Ghost Protocol is the fourth film in the Mission: Impossible series, and it just might be the best yet. The action is even cooler than in any of the others, and the film goes in a new direction that I think works very well. Tom Cruise put all of his energy into this performance, and it is very easy to tell. Not many other actors would climb on the tallest building in the world just to give the audience a better experience. It's also great to see Simon Pegg back, since he is so likable in M:I 3. I like the entire team in this film. Most of the supporting characters in the previous movies struck me as plain and slightly uninteresting, but I found this new team to be much better.

I do have a few flaws with the film, however. The villain in Ghost Protocol is possibly the weakest of all the villains we've had in these movies. It's a shame to see that after Philip Seymour Hoffman was so great in the last film. I also think that the film peaks about halfway through the running time with the Dubai scene, and the rest of the film isn't quite as memorable after that scene.

Overall, Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol is a great edition to an already great film series. It raises the bar with a great story and incredibly intense action sequences.
