Tom Cruise is an American Bond, an unbelievably chaste Bond that is, despite having one of the most beautiful women you will ever see in Paula Patton as your co spy. Gorgeous doesn't do her justice. Simon Pegg is the nerd humour, Jeremy Renner is there though not really necessary.
The baddies are just baddies and we whizz through Moscow, Dubai and Mumbai in pursuit of them in practically non stop action mode..Not perfect but not far off..
