Ultimately monotonous marathon action sequences the preposterousness of which is only only outweighed by that of the plot twists. Characters and violence that is so cartoonish that when the nemesis character suggests that it would be better if he could prevail so that he could end government sponsored killing I rather thought - he's got a point.
