A 10 is pushing it a bit for my love of Tom. I would drop it a few notches. Only cause the plot gets a little blury with too many twists and turns. Overall. Tom deliveries. And the action and cast is top notch.
I would see it again. For 2 hours and 20 minutes. No dead stops.
