MI series has been consistently evolving since its inception. However, this piece fails to show much improvement from the last installment. The characters are corny, and their intention is pretty geared toward the specific intentions of the filmmaker which hinders the character development.
Some action scenes are rather long. I admire Mr. Cruise's action scenes but they drag on always ending at predictable outcomes. I am tending towards more of a negative review because it has failed to show much improvement in terms of story-line and cinematography rather than some new 'AI' villain which is hard to understand.
