Review of Mission Blue (2014) by Elizabeth A — 28 Nov 2016

Overall this movie was one of the best documentaries I have ever seen. Sylvia Earle and her dedication to the ocean is truly inspiring. Her mission blue shows how hard she has struggled to fight to get where she is, even ruining her marriage in the process.

The movie bits that came from her add to the authenticity of it. This does not glorify her but it actually shows that she is a real-life hero. My only complaint is how it was not told in the order it happens, it threw me off at some points, not allowing me to be as in engaged as I could be.
