Review of Missing in Action 2: The Beginning (1985) by David G — 11 Mar 2011
Not as much fun as the '84 original (Chuck spends more time gazing through bamboo prison bars and getting roughed up than he does karate chopping bitches) but you'll still have a good time watching it, especially towards the end where Chuck becomes his usual unstoppable one man army.
Characters are a particular highlight with many larger than life personalities - I especially liked Soon-Tek Oh's over the top tyrannical camp warden and Steven Williams' POW-turned-collaborator - a type of character you hardly ever see in a 'Nam flick.
