Review of Miss Robin Hood (1952) by Laurie S — 02 Dec 2015
Margaret Rutherford always creates an imposing character, as does James Robertson Justice, although he gets much less screen time here, but both are watchable. The plot however, if you can call it that, is weak and a let down, as is the comedy and a chuckle is hardly ever raised.
The film title offers a lot more promise than the actual story delivers.
