I fucking love Amy Adams. Even when she plays a whore, which is essentially her character in this movie. Luckily, Lee Pace is one of the dudes vying for her so there's someone to root for. I also dug seeing Shirley Henderson in the flick even though she's a complete bitch in the movie.
Frances McDormand is good as well and the story fits her pretty fucking perfectly. Unfortunately, when you've got Amy Adams in a bath/towel, it's hard to remember anything else in the movie. Still, they played up that aspect of the film, which was good, and there were happy endings for the good guys.
Amy Adams was also responsible for a couple of good laughs but even without that, the bath scene, alone, was fucking phenomenal and well worth it. It just so happens that the movie's pretty good as well.
