Veterans to subtlety, Frances McDormand and Shirley Henderson carry this simple story, well-told in a musical-type style. High-society scandal head butts with old-fashioned propriety turned out quite humorous.
I'm adding 20 gay points on the radar for seeing this. It was so worth it.
