Review of Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day (2008) by Dave S — 09 Jul 2009
Cute, but never gives enough depth to the titular character, and Adams' bubbly persona is on the verge of becoming repetitive. I need to be more of a Shirley Henderson booster, though - she has a really fascinating screen presence which works well with this sort of period piece.
