A thoroughly charming film. The sort of 'period' piece that makes me firmly believe I'm living in the wrong century. Although the accents of our American actors could have been a bit less forced (dialect coach?!), doggoned solid performances by McDormand and Pace.
And of course, the effervescent and divine Amy Adams!
