As a movie it was not bad. It was entertaining, beautifully shot and different. The sad part is that this is supposed to be an adaption of the book, but this movie is NOTHING like the books. The characters are different -different ages, different powers, different genders and some not even existing in the books. The whole end of the movie is hugely different than what transpires in the books.
As a stand alone movie not in comparison to the book I would give this movie 4 stars. but If im comparing it to the book then i"d have to rate it one star,.
