Review of Miss Congeniality 2: Armed and Fabulous (2005) by Taina M — 05 Jan 2009
:rotten: After a hilarious and highly entertaining Miss Congeniality (2000), comes a most of the times unfunny and uninspired sequel where Sandra Bullock looks dull, looses the gift she has to make comedies and acts terribly bad, there were important absences and mistakes that made this film a failure: they needed Michael Caine back, Benjamin Bratt was much more better than Enrique Murciano, William Shattner's performance was ridiculous and unnecessary, the screenplay is preposterous and shows a total lack of innovation repeating old and wasted formulas that never worked.
I just hope the producers had decided to end the series..
