Dull and unnecessary. Did Miss Congeniality really need a poorly written and unfunny sequel? Granted, Sandra Bullock is still good in the lead role, but she's got nothing to work with. It's missing Michael Caine, and has got no interesting characters.
It's predictable and cliché, and I don't recommend it.
