Review of Mishima: A Life in Four Chapters (1985) by Rob F — 19 Aug 2007
The nearest thing to the visceral experience of theatre, yet on film. A syneasthetic feast of a film in which stunning set design, extraordinary driven Philip Glass score, and a beautifully sleek and poetic script seem effortlessly interwtined.
Definately my favourite film of all time. Such a shame it is not seen by more people.
