Review of Misery (1990) by Spencer S — 13 Oct 2010
Stephen King...what more can I say? He's a genius, and this time there's so much to fear you won't know where to start. The script, which jumps off the page to astound and scare, has been crafted around Caan and Bates, who deliver again and again.
From pleading with the demented fan, to trying to save his own life, Caan is sensational. Don't get me started on Bates, there's not enough time.
