Review of Mirrors 2 (2010) by Steve B — 20 Sep 2011
Now I know why Kiefer Sutherland kept away from a sequel idea. The first instalment was so much more sinister, scary and had that edge. Kiefer brought a rage, fear and frustration to the first movie and the gory effects were great.
This movie, features another security guard even though it didn't have to be one again, a mirror from the burnt down 'Mayflower' all in a not so scary modern built 'Mayflower' mall.
The acceptance the security guard has over the strange things he encounters is too easy and comfortable and starts talking to the mirror before long showing no fear. Very lame but I was in it for the gory effects only anyway.
