Review of MirrorMask (2005) by Gregory W — 22 Jan 2011
I like it. It has Gaiman's chill flip and occasionally gruesome sense of humor and it has McKean's unaccountably creepy visuals. Wittier and more sophisticated than better funded fantasies that run two and a half hours long and go on for six sequels or trilogies that run a total of nine snoozeworthy hours altogether.
