Sure, it has good humor, sure the Evil Queen is enjoyable(As far as you can enjoy evil stepmothers), and sure the dwarfs are awesome, but the major selling point is with Snow White herself. She keeps the kind nature of her Disney counterpart and adds a small speck of independance.

However the BEST moment with her is during the end(SPOILER ALERT, DO NOT CONTINUE), where instead of taking the apple, she cuts a part off and wittingly OFFERS it to the evil queen, before saying, "It is good to know when you are beaten, yes?" THANK YOU FOR MAKING SNOW WHITE SMART FOR ONCE!
