The art direction and costume design are wonderful. The story is sufficient to hold up the aesthetic. Julia Roberts is fun and inoffensive as the queen. The jokes are mostly ho-hum but the pace keeps moving.
It was a nice date movie - light, easy, sweet, pretty to look at.
