Review of Miral (2010) by Anni H — 14 May 2011
I was expecting a little more in depth history of the Palestinian/Israeli conflict but the movie just touches upon it with some facts now and again. The first part seems to go so quick jumping back and then forward in time without any conviction.
I thought Freida Pinto done well but it could have been so much more. There is much more to the conflict that could have made the story of the Palestinian orphans far more gripping.
