Review of Miracle on 34th Street (1994) by Nat G — 05 Jan 2008
The story of a guy called Kris Kringle who believes he is Father Christmas. Although we never find out if he is the real Santa, he definitely looks and sounds like the real thing.
This is a worthy attempt to bring the old movie to colour and introduce more depth and modern complexity to the issues. Although I do find the girl Susan very annoying.
This is definitely a film to show your kids although maybe they wouldn't understand the court scenes. I don't really know what to make of this film, and I won't be watching it again in a hurry.
