Review of Miracle Mile (1989) by Joshua T — 22 Aug 2008

I've heard that this is a classic and is recommended by many (including Premire Video, which is where I rented it). And I've wanted to see it for some time b/c of being a huge Anthony Edwards fan and the concept of trying to find your soul mate within the last hour of your life sounds like a cool idea.

But it's as if the writer was a mentally-challenged recluse. He obviously has no idea how normal people would behave in any given situation. Not one second of plausibility throughout. Still, some fun scenes, intentional or not.

I will not recommend this however, no matter how many people may say otherwise.
