Review of Miracle at St. Anna (2008) by Brian M — 03 Jul 2009

I think the two halves of this film complement each other perfectly. I was really thrown off by the beginning because the score was so seemingly unfitting I wasn't sure what to expect, but the entire last half of suspense, horror and raw emotion left me in awe.

Great question of who's fighting who. Not sure about the ending, but Spike Lee does deliver a respectable, coherent movie with a message.
