Review of Miracle at St. Anna (2008) by Roger P — 15 Jul 2009
This film disappointed me because it was coming from a great director like Spike Lee with a pretty interesting story that we haven't really heard a lot about. But the film was way too long and didn't have any compelling moments in the film for me.
Michael Ealy, and Derek Luke are great in their roles, and the supporting performances by John Turturro and Joseph Gordon-Levitt are great but overall the film wasn't good. It has flashes of brilliance but they are few.
Decent movie.
