Review of Miracle at St. Anna (2008) by Dj Powwow — 19 Feb 2009
A fairly decent WWII flick that with a pretty powerful message and an intersting mystery to it. Unfortunately, it almost feels as though it's missing a few bits and pieces to it, which seems unbelievable considering how long the movie is.
Somehow, it feels as though you're watching a stage play, tightly focused on only handful of characters, while not quite creating the broad, sweeping war drama you'd hope for.
