Review of Miracle (2004) by Brian K — 04 Aug 2012

2/22/04 - I thought Miracle was good, but not as good as I was expecting. I'd say it was a Remember the Titans of hockey. It was a good emotional rah-rah film - people were clapping at some points in the movie.

I didn't much care for the actual hockey scenes in the film...they were much more difficult to follow than TV hockey with too much focusing on the bench players. After all I'd heard of them hiring hockey players rather than actors, I was expecting a lot more.

I think there was too much crammed into the 2 hours. It's tough to focus on an entire team over that long of a period in any amount of detail.
