This movie is brilliant! Not just good, brilliant! It's probably the best Disney sports movie based on a true story out there. Kurt Russell and the Hockey Team did a fantastic job at recreating the true story of Herb Brooks' 1980 USA Hockey teams path to victory in an accurate way to the games, and in an accurate way to their characters.
You do not even have to like sport to like this movie, it really is about a miracle from a coach who had the determination and inspiration to lead a team of semi-pro athletes to a world-level championship, which anybody can enjoy.
